Turning Plow Press is open for general submissions May 1-June 31st.

--Please query via email (turningplowpress@gmail.com) before submitting your work, and tell us, briefly, about yourself and your manuscript. If we want to see your manuscript, we will ask you to send it to us.

--Please take some time to review our catalog. Read the works of the writers we publish.

--Although we are not strictly a "regional" press, we do give priority to writers of poetry and fiction who live in Oklahoma.

--We do not publish chapbooks. Poetry manuscripts should be greater than 60 pages, and we prefer 90 pages and up.

--We consider only literary poetry and fiction.  We publish for readers who are page-dwellers, not page-turners.

--We do not publish memoirs or biographies.
